While the app is free to use, many of the events and activities it will guide you to are produced by third parties and they may have ticketing and other requirements.

Dream Quest is centered around Brooklyn and the NYC tri-state area but includes some pretty amazing places and activities around the globe.

We'll occasionally offer prizes and tings like  Burner Dope gear and regalia as you solve clues, complete challenges, evolve and rack up points while leveling up and creating a better world.

21+ NOTICE - WARNINGS - LIABILITY RELEASE & YOUR AGREEMENT

21+ / DANGER / SEXYTIME

You must be 21 or older to play. This game could involve risky or dangerous situations, sex, nudity, places that serve alcohol, and graphic or otherwise adult scenarios and content. 

You agree to be wholly responsible for preparing for and handling any risks you might encounter.

You also affirm that you have read, and agree to abide by, the rules and safety requirements outlined here and on the app.

Exploring new locations that may have undisclosed known or unknown risks is part of this game and Dream Quest's activities. Some of the locations you may be directed to may not have been visited by Us.

Approach every trip, location and situation as if it has not been checked for safety issues. Most importantly, use common sense.

All Players (aka "Teams" of one) and participants are responsible for wearing or having proper gear and attire for an activity (eg. if in wild or uneven terrain wear hiking boots).

You may be asked to perform potentially dangerous activities, including weapons training, climbing, hiking or traversing wild terrain, engaging with strangers, and opening your mind.

Be mindful of debris while walking. Always be aware of your surroundings, including threats such as people and vehicles.

​We strongly recommend that all Players dress appropriately for the Hunt. If your going on wild or uneven terrain wear hiking boots or shoes with ankle support. If you're going to a festival, bring a tent. If you're going dancing, bring dancing shoes. If you're going to have sex, bring a prophylactic.

We'll try to warn you of dangers we're aware of. But we are informing you of the inherently dangerous nature of some of our activities, and you agree to be wholly responsible for preparing for and handling any risks you might encounter.

If at any point you feel unsafe or don't want to engage in an activity, you are free to choose not to engage in it regardless of what the app asks you to do.

If you encounter a danger in the game, whether in an activity, the place or people involved (including other players), please email [email protected] with the subject heading "Dream Quest Danger".

We have a zero-tolerance policy for consent violators. Everyone in this community has a right to feel safe while playing and participating, especially from other players and participants.

"Us" includes but is not limited to Biker Entourage LLC , Burner Dope and Dream Quest's participants, organizers, volunteers, owners, performers, employees and participants.

SAFER SPACES / CONSENT

We care about consent and do not tolerate any behavior in our home that makes our familia feel unsafe. This means no racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or hate speech of any kind! To keep our home feeling good, we need you to do your part. Ask before you engage with another and make sure you get an enthusiastic YES! Anything else is a hard no. And remember: no space can be completely safe, your best protection is the crew that you roll with.

Junxion staff are trained to support you. At any event, if something happens that doesn’t feel great, find one of our Consenseis, Junxion Staff, or a security guard to get the help you need.

To report concerning behavior or file a complaint, whether from one of our events or outside of, please reach out to [email protected] and a nightlife safety professional will respond – no one on the Junxion team will see it.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in Dream Quest, attending any related events, and participating in any related activities, you acknowledge and agree to any and all risks, hazards, liabilities and damages you may encounter and understand that they may result in property damage, injury, and /or death.

You and anyone in your company or party agree to release "Us" (see below) of any and all liability and damages that may arise from these aforementioned situations and from your participation in Dream Quest. You also agree that it is your responsibility to show them this page and ask them to agree to it.

You also agree that it is your responsibility to share with and inform any pillions, passengers or others with you about the risks involved, and about the safety and release of liability rules contained herein, therein, and everywherein.

We reserve the right to change anything and everything in and connected to the game including your points, the tasks, chapters and happenings and events related to the game, and your destiny.
